If you pay people who work for you on an hourly basis, get it. You cannot go wrong with Easy Time Clock. We have two Optometry offices in towns that are about a 45 minute drive from each other. We have staff members that work at one office, staff members that work at the other office, and staff members who work at both offices. I used to have a program on our computers that required me to drive to one office, run the payroll program, drive to the other office, run the payroll program, take the printouts home, add the hours up, and send the information to the company that handles our payroll. Now, I log onto Easy Time Clock at home, print the summary of hours worked, and I'm done. It's a great idea, done right.

It has freed up important time for me as the employer to handle other matters that exclusively require my time, while timeclock calculates and manages my employees hours. My staff also likes it because they get credit for every minute they work, and there is never a question about arrival or departure times. On the rare occasion they forget to clock in or out, Easy Time Clock allows me to input or adjust information for them. Also, whenever I have needed assistance with the program Customer Service has readily helped and answered any questions I have had and made sure my employees knew what to do-which was nice. I also like knowing at a quick glance what I can expect for the upcoming payroll period, and Easy Time Clock is so inexpensive to use. Every small business should be on it. Plus, I can access information from a remote location to see who is in and who has stepped out and any messages they may have left. Using Easy Time Clock has been great. It has saved me a lot of time. Doing payroll, keeping track of personal time off and holiday pay has never been easier! I also love the new report feature that has been added where you can export any data to an Excel spreadsheet so quickly. Our employees also love the ease of clocking in/out along with being able to view their vacation hours and/or personal hours. Easy Time Clock is a great asset to our company. We were using paper time sheets and with three offices, in different towns, the chance of one getting misplaced was great. Easy time Clock is web-based so it can be accessed from any office as well as if I am on the road, payroll can still be processed on time. The notes button is a blessing! An employee can send a message to me with regard to their time sheet with a quick click of the button. I would highly recommend Easy Time Clock for any business large or small!
