Stable and Secure
The Easy Time Clock programs have been 100% written by our company, Backup Fortress, LLC. The time clock was written with Microsoft’s ASP and ASP.NET. The data is stored in a Microsoft SQL server. These two combine to make a very stable and secure platform.
Our website is SSL Certified. The information on our website is encrypted so that your information can not be shared by anyone else.
Keeping your data secure and safe is our priority. Our servers are located in a locked down facility that requires biometric and personal identification for authorized access to the servers.
Security is tracked by creating a temporary cookie with a token to represent the employee that is logged in. There is also an option to write a cookie to the hard drive to remember the last employee’s user name to make the next login easier. The password is never saved on the computer at any time.

Strict Access to Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy protects your company's information on a secured server so that no one except your company's administrator and our assigned staff will have access to your time clock database.
We have taken security measures to ensure your data is secure. The data base is password protected and can only be accessed by an authorized staff member. Your personal company information will not be shared with any other entity without your permission in writing.
Our program log will track all access to the time clock and is reviewed to ensure security. The log will show all activity with date, time, who, location etc. Your time clock access report is also available for the Administrator to review.

The time clock data is routinely backed up hourly and every night to ensure no data is lost do to hardware failure or a time clock administrator accidentally deleting something. Your data base is password protected and cannot be shared.
Backup Website Procedures for Routine Maintenance
To ensure our servers are running at their peak performance, our technical staff will perform routine maintenance twice a year during off peak times from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM to ensure no impact to our customers. We have backup servers located in Arizona to help eliminate any down time during routine maintenance on any of our main servers if it needs to be taken offline for maintenance. Our backup website synchronizes with our main server data base to ensure all data is recorded properly.
We have battery and generator backup procedures with two separate Internet Providers to ensure Internet connection at all times. We have backup policies and redunancy processes in place to keep information protected and secure. Our services are available 24/7.
