Administrator Setup

Contact / Invoice Information
Enter the contact information of the person you want to be the administrator for your time clock account. The email address is used within the time clock system for authorization to receive password help, invoice notifications and other automated feature notifications that are available.

Privacy Policy: Please note that we will not sell, give, or share your contact information. It is only used to contact you in regards to the time clock and to create the monthly invoices. Login Setup

Everyone's login information is made up of three things: the Company Login, the Employee Name, and the Employee Password. Since everyone in your company will use the same Company Login, we suggest using something that is short and easy to remember like initials or first name of the company. (For example: ABC or AcmeCo)

You will access and configure your account with an Employee Name of Admin. Since the Admin password will only be used by you, we suggest creating a complex password using combination of numbers, letters with upper and lower case for increased security.

Full Feature Account (Recommended)

Full Feature Account is the default when creating the account unless you select the Basic Feature option. The Full Feature will give you all of the Easy Time Clock time saving features to include Paid Time Off, Tardy Tracking, Shift Monitoring, Project Tracking, Limit Access by Location, Export File to Payroll Software and much more. We recommend that you try our "Full Feature" trial account first so that you can see all of the features that are available to you. If you find that you do not need any of the extra features and decide to change to the Basic Feature version, we can seamlessly convert your account at no charge.

Basic Feature Account (Optional)

If you want just the basic clock in/out time calculating and reporting feature without any extra features, try our Basic Feature Account. A Basic Feature Account will have the ability to clock in and out, and run reports without all of the extra features like projects and paid time off, etc. The Basic Feature version is available at our discounted rate at 50¢ pricing no matter how many employees you have.
