The payment process starts with the creation of an account. Half way through the first 30 days, you will receive an email reviewing the payment process. Once you decide that you are happy with the product, you may make a payment. If at the end of the 30-days you choose not to continue with the time clock, the bill for the month is cancelled and you owe nothing.

Create Your Company Login Name and Admin Password

Login information is made up of the Company Login Name, the Employee Name, and the Employee Password. You will see these three items on the Company Login page. After you have logged in the first time, you will have an option to access the Employee List Login page that uses a list of all employees, so the employees can select their name from the list instead of having to type it in.

Enter the Company Login name and Admin password you would like to use then go to the next step. The company login name can be initials or full name. Make the company login name short and easy to remember.

After your company's time clock account is created, an employee name of "Admin" will be created to give you administrative access to setup your time clock configuration. Type in the Company Login Name, employee name as "Admin" and the Administrator password that you entered above to login. To login again, go to our homepage and click on Company Login link and save the login page as a shortcut to your desktop.

When you login for the first time, you will automatically be directed to the Employee Setup page. Create your employee's login names and passwords then click on the Main Menu link located at the top right to configure your time clock.
